低軌衛(wèi)星互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展與展望

摘要： 就衛(wèi)星互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的由來、發(fā)展以及趨勢進(jìn)行梳理，闡述國內(nèi)外衛(wèi)星互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展的典型項目及其特點，指出衛(wèi)星互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與地面5G融合以及普通個人移動手機(jī)直接與衛(wèi)星互聯(lián)網(wǎng)鏈接是未來發(fā)展趨勢。據(jù)此，指出我國應(yīng)加快建設(shè)覆蓋全球的衛(wèi)星互聯(lián)網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)，并提出建設(shè)衛(wèi)星互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的相關(guān)建議與思考。

Abstract： This article combs the origin，development and trends of satellite Internet, expounds the typical representatives and characteristics of satellite Internet development at home and abroad, and points out that the integration of satellite Internet with terrestrial 5G and the direct connection of ordinary personal mobile phones with satellite Internet are the future development trends. Accordingly, it points out that China should speed up the construction of a satellite Internet system covering the whole world, and puts forward relevant suggestions and considerations for the construction of satellite Internet.

0 引言
互聯(lián)網(wǎng)自誕生之日起，作為基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施一直不斷改變?nèi)藗儯貏e是由4G時代的“人與人”互聯(lián)進(jìn)入5G時代的“人與人、人與物和物與物”互聯(lián)，愈發(fā)滲透并影響人們的生活，通過改變?nèi)藗兊纳顮顟B(tài)和生活方式，帶來巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治與軍事影響。目前，因為建設(shè)成本和市場消費能力等原因，世界上仍有超過一半的人無法享受到互聯(lián)網(wǎng)。發(fā)展低軌衛(wèi)星互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，為全球每個人提供互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，對國家發(fā)展和人類發(fā)展具有重要戰(zhàn)略意義和普惠意義[1]。
